Membership Application Process

For Joining the United States Power Squadrons

Fill out Membership Application
1. Be able and willing to contribute to the objectives of USPS
2. Have a Safe Boating Certificate or equivalent boating education
3. Be at least 18 Years of Age
4. Pay Entrance Fee and Dues
From the table below select membership type(s) desired.
Make out check to CHSPS for the listed total dues.
